Galician, born in Pontevedra, he grew up in contact with gastronomy in the family restaurant owned by his grandparents. Today, thanks to his cookery training, work and management skills, he holds one Michelin star. Well known and famous for the preparation of fish and seafood, so traditional in Galicia, Pepe Solla is a distinguished chef in Spain as well as a training teacher in different courses and master classes and, definitely, an ambassador of Galician gastronomy.
