Get inspired and create the Spring/ Summer looks with the makeup artist Raquel Batalha during a live show of makeup trends, The Bronze Glow and The Grunge.
SUMMER TRENDS LOOK
The makeup trend is the Model Look Style, a light makeup with fine textures that correct imperfections and enhance the natural beauty.
Start with the new long-wearing Terracotta Le Teint Foundation formulated with 95% naturally-derived ingredients. Then apply a peach shade over the dark circles followed by the concealer Double Wear Stay-In-Place Flawless Wear.
The blush comes in a double dose, with Neo Nude Powder being the first choice followed by the Extra Dimension Blush. The Summer tan look is achieved with the bronzing powder Summer Collection and, for a silky finishing, apply Hermès Plein Air Universal mattifying powder to seal the greasy products. As a final step, spray Parure Gold Mist to your face to set makeup in place and give radiance to the skin.
With regard to the eyes, start with an eyebrow transparent fixing gel. For the lashes, choose an intense Hipnôse Drama mascara to create definition and highlight the eyes.
To complete the fresh Summer look, use the Terracotta Luminizer on the areas that catch light naturally. On your lips, apply a Lip Oil to nourish and give an irresistible glossy shine.
GRUNGE LOOK
Marked and not very defined eyes, inspired on the 90s Grunge fashion with a twist of metallic eyeshadows.
For the second Grunge-inspired look, start by applying a black Infaillible Gel Crayon eyeliner, which is soft and easy to smudge, on the upper eyelid across the lash line and in the lower eyelid across the waterline close to the lash line. Then, gently blend the eyeliner with the metallic glitter dark grey eyeshadow from the Eye Quattro Palette and smudge the eyeliner to bring out the hollow of the eye. Still with the black eyeliner, apply it on the inner corners for a more intense finish and to add depth to your eyes.
Apply a silver eyeshadow from the same palette you used before on the lower centre of the eye and on the centre of your upper eyelid using a brush or your fingertips to enhance the metallic glitter of the Dazzleshadow Liquid eyeshadow even more.
Since your skin was already prepared from the previous look, just opt for a brown shade Blush of Roses, and on your lips, apply caramel shade lipstick Dolcissimo Matte Liquid Lipcolour, thus making your eyes pop.
