CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS:
1. What are the “Watches and Jewellery Coupon” campaign dates?
Coupon issuance:
From 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025.
Coupon delivery:
At the El Corte Inglés online shop, the coupon will be sent to your e-mail within 3 working days after your order is placed and paid for
Coupon use:
Your coupon can be used in the Lisbon, Gaia Porto stores as well as at the online shop within 4 months after the date of issuance. Not applicable to products on Sale or Promotion.
2. What products are eligible for issuing the coupon?
- Jewellery Issue (20% Coupon – 2.000 € Minimum Purchase):

3. What product(s) is my coupon valid on?
On Jewellery items, Watches, Fashion and Accessories, Shoes, Travel Goods and Sport.

For such purpose, only purchases equal or greater than the value of the voucher are considered valid.
The coupon is valid for a single transaction only.

4. How is the coupon delivery for online orders made?
At the El Corte Inglés online shop, the coupons are sent to the e-mail address associated to your order up to 3 working days after your order is placed and paid for. If it is not possible to deliver your order while your discount coupon is valid for this campaign, El Corte Inglés undertakes to issue a new coupon with an extended validity date, for exclusive use online.
5. Can I use the coupons issued at the online shop at the Lisbon and/or Gaia-Porto stores?
Yes, you can use the coupons issued at the online shop at the Lisbon and/or Gaia-Porto stores.
6. How can I use the coupon at the online shop?
You must enter the coupon code sent by e-mail or printed on your purchase coupon in the 1st step of the shopping cart (field “Coupons”), and select “Apply”or similar button so that the discount can be made. Before finalising your order, always confirm that the coupon code was properly entered and is reflected in your total price.
7. Can the coupon be combined with other vouchers, codes or promotional cards and can it be exchanged for cash?
No. The coupon cannot be combined with other vouchers, codes or promotional cards of the same campaign or others, and it cannot be exchanged for cash or gift card either.
8. Can I use more than one coupon per order?
No. You are not allowed to use more than one coupon per oder placed and each coupon can only be used once.
9. What happens to the coupon if I return the item(s) for which the said coupon was issued?
The coupon issued (already used or still to be used) will lose its value if the item that originated it is returned.
10. What happens to a coupon that has been used if I return the item(s) purchased with that same coupon?
The coupon used will lose its value if the item is returned.
11. How can I return the items with associated coupons and how is their value deducted?
You can return the item(s) at the Click&Collect Counter on Floor -4 in Lisbon or at the Customer Service in Gaia-Porto (Floor -1); or request the return by telephone, through the online Customer Service: 21 353 20 20.
Please note that:
If the coupon has not yet been used, it must be presented at the time of return so that you can receive the refund of the total amount paid for the returned goods.
In case you have already used the coupon associated to the order for the goods you wish to return, the value of the coupon used will be deducted from the total amount paid before.
