Once you have purchased goods, present your receipts at the Tax Free area store and receive a Tax Refund Form.

STAMP IT

As you are departing the European Union, take your passport, purchases, receipts and tax refund form to customs to get your stamped.

CASH IT

Finally, collect your funds in one of our Partner Refund Points or mail us a copy of the form to have the refund credited

to your card, or your home address by bank check.
