The balance can be used on subsequent purchases within 5 days. Tourists can request the 10% Reward Card at any point of sale in our stores.

For customers residing outside the European Union, the International Desk offers an immediate Tax Free refund process, with up to 15% of the purchase value returned. In the dedicated Lounge, customers can:
